I empathize with that meme. When I was in college, I was driving a super-drunk classmate back to her dorm room when she told me, frantically, to stop. I did so, she flung open the truck door and puked her guts out all over the street. For like... a while. A campus cop drove past going the other way. He stopped, I looked at him, he looked at me, the girl kept puking. I shrugged and he drove off. Got her home safely and went about the rest of my evening.
I hadn't been drinking that night so I wasn't worried, but it could have potentially ended badly for the girl.
