I don't know about the quality of some of those schools, I do know the locations, and almost all of those locations are low-income/high crime.
Last I checked, I think my high school was 2/10 on GreatSchools.
I wanted to live in my old neighborhood when my wife and I got transferred to Fort Bragg, but she took one look at the local private schools and was like "uh, no."
