Wrong on both counts. It's "for fuck's sake!" In this usage, the term "Fuck" is acting as a possessive word (think in terms of "what the fuck" or "is this fuck worth the trouble?"
"Fuck" is the most useful word in the English language. It is a verb, a noun, an adverb, an adjective and a pronoun and has many other functions.
