Hmm
That's a real shitty video; my first though was this was somebody filming with a jitterbug phone.
Turns out it's from 12 years ago. Im sure this was just an honest mistake on Matt's part and in no way just him finding an example of "culture war" to talk about while airlines are trendy.
A Southwest flight tried to take off on taxiway H in Orlando. They made to 70 knots (about halfway to take off speed) before ATC caught it and alerted the crew, rejecting the takeoff.

They fucked him over, simple.I don't recall where the other thread on the South Carolina USMC F-35 incident is, so here is this. To no one's surprise, the Marine Corp's version of the story and his differ.

Saying it's Pilot error keeps anti-F35 politicians at bay.
The Jesus nut is real- if that fails, start praying.Re: Helo crash in New York:
We saw in the video that the rotor came apart from the aircraft (do I remember that it is just one nut ‘Jesus nut’ that holds it in place?)
Also heard reports that pilot called in that he was low on fuel. How does that happen?
Initial speculation that pilot attempting to do controlled landing without fuel somehow dislodged the rotor. I think back to Chickenhawk (one the best Nam books out there) the pilots practiced this maneuver often.
