Army ROTC Returns to Harvard

There seems to have really been a sea change in the relationship between the military community and the Ivy League. Army has returned to Harvard, Navy and Air Force both are at Yale, there are retired flag officers teaching at a number of top-flight schools, it seems pretty encouraging.

Schools were blocking ROTC based on DADT and now that it's gone they let them back on campus.

Schools were blocking ROTC long before DADT. DADT was the last, semi-legit excuse they had.
