Seeing that video gives me both pleasure and angst at the same time. There should be 3 in that formation.
What happened to the third is so tragic. The short version is here, there is a longer 2 hour one as well.
It's tough to watch what happens to this plane at the end...and the admitted mistakes that caused it.

Kermit Weeks has one with some significant history to it, if only he'd restore it and we could have 3.

Nothing against the B-17 or B-24 (Carpetbaggers airframe among others), but the B-29 is just an amazing beast. If I couldn't restore a -24, it would be a -29.

I wish there were a love button instead of a like in this particular instance. When I win the lottery I'll be broke in a year from buying a bunch of war birds, even the ones that require a complete rebuild.
