Does anyone know what Army FM or AR covers Soldier/NCO of the Month boards? I have searched relentlessly, but everything that I find has to do with studying for the board, not conducting one. Thanks for the help.

I'm not running it, I am participating as a "contestant". I just have a major disagreement with one of the board members on what is right and what is wrong. I cannot honestly think of anyone who hates boards more than me, but I was strong armed into it.... and so it is what it is.
