I SERIOUSLY looked at contracting and was offered the proverbial 30% pay increase too but my "red line" that I just couldn't get past was the PTO. Currently I get 26 days of annual leave, 10 days holiday, and 13 days (worth) of sick leave but the company was offering just 30 days TOTAL (and sweet 401K deal).

I only have 10 more years to my MRA too.
