Think its the right place. Came across these, could they be 160th helos ?

Could be Task Force. But then again, maybe they're not. :huh?:

I saw pics of grey AH-64 also. Maybe some tests of some kind of replacement of olive drab

I actually seena grey ch-47 flying over Campbell today. Thought of this thread when I seen it...
 
The grey AH-64s belong to the South Carolina National Guard. im told that they are the only Apache unit to paint their aircraft this color. The UH-60s and the Chinook....i got no clue about!

Not to mention to hijack the thread, but I was always wonder why helos in Iraq or A-stan aren't painted in some kind of desert camo pattern. Israeli uses couple of them, so why not US?

I think it is the cost and time of repainting them.
