I get that part of being in the military is having to cover down when a lack of personnel doesn't allow us to have a full team. However, after our recent AAR after our exercise, I was informed that one of the improves for me is to make sure I wasn't always jumping to fill in on everyone else's problems. MCTP mistook me for an artillery officer instead of a JAG a couple of times because of a lack of manning. What is the best way to be a team player without getting railroaded into things that aren't within your purview?
