Hey all,
Currently at GFAFB finishing up my MOS training for 35P. I will follow that up with AB training, with my next/first duty station at 3rd SFG at Ft. Bragg.
I am a native Persian/Farsi and Persian/Dari speaker, who happened to be fortunate enough to learn Modern Standard Arabic at DLI. I DLPT'ed in both Arabic and Persian/Farsi successfully.
I volunteered to go to 3rd SFG specifically. With my language skills, ethnicity, and subject matter expertise in the region I felt I could contribute a great deal as a SOT-A and positively impact the mission at 3rd SFG.
About me specifically: Not your typical IET soldier in that I am a bit on the older side. Graduate-level education/born and raised in Cali/ die-hard Laker's fan.
