Tactical Element requested membership with SHADOWSPEAR for the sole purpose of providing up to date employment opportunities for our veteran service members, primarily for curriculum development, program design, and training in the field of pre-hospital, tactical, flight, wilderness, austere, disaster and deployed medicine. One of the greatest challenges regarding the very defined and narrow lane of these fields of medicine is getting the employment opportunity information out into the community. We endeavor to conquer this challenge with the assistance of SHADOWSPEAR.
