Can I ask why you guys recommend college? Do you mean go to college before going to the military or do not go into the military at all?

I waited till I was 34 to go to school. Work, kids, etc made it very difficult. The military will always be there. Get a degree now, while you're young. Once you have the degree, do whatever you want.

Hell yeah, finish college then enlist. Worked for me, and with the right combo of enlistment bonus and student loan repayment program, I made more money than the PL when I was a cherry untabbed spec 4.

Agreed. Stay in school. There are several times I wish I had.
