Good evening, all. I'm a Marine stationed aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. I'm about a year out from finishing my initial service commitment, and ready for a transfer into something more. The work I do now allows me to make a difference in a lot of lives, however, dealing with the endless logistical and maintenance requirements and garrison life isn't what my heart says I need to do for a career. I was dead set on A&S and about two weeks away from finalizing an application, but met a Green Beret at a conference last year, and he got me to exploring my options. Consequently, I'm reviewing both Army SOF and MARSOC, and have talked repeatedly with recruiters from both branches. I'm 26 years old, in good shape, working through some of Military Athlete/Rob Shaul's programs, and blessed physically, as I'm very healthy. I have a B.A. in history/IR and am very well-versed in military history and leadership. I'm looking forward to continuing the process, and learning from the accumulated knowledge, experience and wisdom found here.

S/F,
