Hey everyone my name is Sam 23 years old and from San Francisco,CA. Ever since I was in middle school, I always wanted to serve my country but like many young dumb kids I did stupid things that prevented and wanting me to join. I talked to recruiters in high school and never came through due to bad decisions. Anyways after getting caught and being charged with petty theft(stealing alcohol to drink), and receiving stolen property( I rode a google bike which I thought was free to ride, which i was wrong you had to be an employee or on company grounds). I got back on track and am still on informal probation(1 more year) working construction/working out and keeping my nose clean. I aspire to be Special Forces/Ranger which ever contract I can get. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to join! Don't really know what else to prove to recruiter besides good ASVAP score/GT, High PT score, and filling a quota. Would love any advice!
