You know, this may be unpopular but I'll comment...
As an American with Jewish blood, bloodline that died and survived the camps but since I believe in Christ and don't believe in the Talmud/Torah....
While this is great news but humor me this.
I've been reading the Bible, jumping around and have been reading revelations.
For those brother and sisters in Christ, you recall what revelations says, right regarding the anti-Christ, brokering peace deals only for deals to fall apart resulting in widespread war.
I honestly don't know or if I believe that this is the case but as a new follower of Christ, makes one think.
Am I off on this?

You aren't off, but that's sort of by design.
Revelation is very extremely heavy on symbolism, even for a religious text. Most modern interpretations look at it as a warning for early Christians against the Roman Empire.
I tend to fall in this camp. Revelation is like Nostrodamus or Astrological readings to me; so broad and cloaked in colorful language so as to allow you to put it against whomever/whatever you want.
Granted, there are people who do believe Relevation is true visions of a far-flung future for the writer. Jump a few millennia ahead in humanity and any communication of what you've seen would probably read like a crazy mushroom trip as well.
ETA: I've been Non-religious longer than I've been religious, so this is all just things I remember from years ago. Others will probably be able to provide some more in-depth answers.

That stuff is very much interpretive. The idea of a left behind style rapture is a distinctly American phenomenon that only dates back a to the 1830’s and was even more wildly popularized with the Left Behind book series in the 1990’s. I grew up as an evangelical reading that stuff. If you are really into the interpretation stuff, Trump fits a lot of the bill for the anti-Christ. The issue is many divisive leaders in history would have too. The writing is so vague, and it does not fit in line with any of the gospel or the apostles letters. It seems to me to be flowery language designed to bring a mysticism that was otherwise lacking as the early Christians attempted to proselytize to pagans who were used to vengeful personal gods. I don’t really believe any of it though, but it may be what colors some of my perception.

People have claimed we're in Revelations "now" for 2,000 years. I'd read a couple good commentaries about Revelations before trying to analyze it too much.
Appreciate it brother, still very new to this, trying to make sense of it.

Revelations is the best action series I've ever read. Likewise to some of you, its been 25-30 years since I've read much of it.
I do distinctly remember the peace deal has to involve Jerusalem and the non-believers trampling Jerusalem for a while before the rapture.
All circumstantial, but tell me another 2000 year old religion that prophesied a group being spread all over the world, only to return to the original homeland like the Jews. The koran just says some imam will come back and they will hunt everybody down. Who knows what Shintos, and Hindus think.

I am not a big "all or nothing" fan. I don't hate everyone on the left, but there are some trash human beings on the left that are low-IQ, window-licking oxygen thieves, and if they died from a bullet today I wouldn't spend a second reading their obituary. They are MY enemies.

You trot out children and an emotional plea and when your cries are answered you refuse to say "thank you." You refuse to acknowledge the children are safe and can be fed and the suffering is over. You don't get to yell and then fall silent because you don't like the outcome.
