It's the exact same people who were just immigration law experts, that were tarriff experts just previous to that, then briefly before that they were extradition experts, then before that they were also war in Europe experts... it's all so tiresome.
To an earlier point, I believe nothing about capabilities anymore. If they had it, they probably weren't like, waiting to use it. All the folks (missile high command dudes) who could have employed it are currently very dead, so there's that.
If it is, we all know how weak our grid is and how the government hasn't given a fuck....
