I don't get it.
It's a program for Commissioned Officers that augments other programs that enlisted soldiers can apply for.

The Military JAG School, for those who already have finished Law School, is at The University of Virginia, C'ville, Va. I am wondering if UVA is actively involved in this, or is it a seperate, free standing program?
