Late to the party

I am a 30y/o cop, former pro fighter, small business owner and now looking to join the marines. Not joining the marines has always been a nagging regret and now I want to make it happen. With my situation however I can only do reserves, and my true desire is to try to get recon. I have read some threads and they have been greatly helpful and I appreciate any future help from all the other members here.
