So - my questions is - if the thought exists in your mind that Navy SEALS do not possess the professionalism "as a demographic" to treat you with dignity and respect purely based on your religious belief - why in the name of whatever god you pray to, would you want to join them?

Do you REALLY - in your heart - think and feel like that the "Navy SEALS" are going to treat you differently than they would treat a Catholic, a Jew, a Mormon, a Native American, a person of color, or god forbid, a Houston Astro's Fan ???
If you do - then seriously - why would you want to be a part of such an organization ??
I would offer what is only an opinion - but more often than not - the only person that gives a shit who you pray to - or how you vote - or who you are screwing - or what shitty baseball team from Houston you might root for...

At that point, they aren't going to judge you for being a Muslim. They are going to judge you for being a disruptive prick that is trying to invite chaos into the workplace.
Otherwise, show up - do your job - do it well - and don't judge others if it doesn't directly impact how they are doing their job. The SEALS are a professional organization - they wont judge you unless you are failing to do your job. Beyond that, the assholes that DO create grief do so because they are individual shit heels - not because they are Navy SEALS.
Personally, I'd recommend that you Go to SFAS - we don't give a shit WHO you pray to.
We've even got dudes claiming to be religious Vikings or Norsemen, or some silly shit along those lines - whatever in the fuck that means.
