My Random TV Thread

Finally watching the Leftovers. Mind bending and non-linear, but... not at risk of doing a David Lynch (Twin Peaks, etc...) or JJ Abrams (Lost). Finishing up season 3 now.

@SpongeBob*24 I don't know if you're watching Penny Dreadful: City of Angels. There's a plot or something and some Nazis and stuff, and whatever, but the point is:

APPROVED!!!!

O_o :-x ;-)

Banshee...a Cinemax series but it's probably available through Netflix, etc. It kind of runs under the radar and may not win any awards for plausibility but it's plenty entertaining with everything most guys (and gals) look for in an action series. I think season 3 starts this fall. Aside from GOT, it's the only series we really watch. Check it out.

I think I went back and found the first mention of this, if not many apologies. It's literally on PAGE 1, so that should tell you how good this show is. I spun it back up after 4 years just because I came across a fight scene and the Bartender (Sugar) was pouring our what loooked like BLANTONS in the Pilot Episode.

Dang this is a good TV Show and brings back 4 years of really good memories!!!!!

O_o 8-) :ROFLMAO: :-x

I've picked up watching "Dark" recently. Very impressed so far, just finished season 1. A few of the plot points were easy to see but the way it was woven together is pretty well done.

I'm loving a lot of the high quality foreign shows on netflix these days. Dark is a favorite, as is The Rain (a Dutch show with a similarish creepy/foreboding vibe). I highly recommend watching in the original language with subs.

I have been! Watching it dubbed just took a lot of the emotion out of it I think. Subs is 100% the way to go. Ill have to check out The Rain once I'm done with Dark.
