Schitt’s Creek. (Hulu)

Eugene Levy, Chris Elliott, Catherine O’Herra and many many more…

6 seasons of amazing character growth with genuine laughs every episode (and a few tears).

Please find some time for this show, it’s one of the best I’ve ever watched and not a bad episode.

You’re welcome.

Schitts Creek is really funny. As usual, Catherine O'Hara and Eugene Levy are hilarious.

Re: Letterkenny season 12

Wow. I’ve been down on most seasons since Katy standing in front of Dirks and the gang running up the yard to whoop some ass; In some ways that could have been the finale and I would have been satisfied.

That said…season 12 was fantastic. A couple of real stories without too much over-the-top nonsense (skids) and an ending that was not perfect for everyone, but was perfect for where they needed to be.

This season will remain amongst my favorites and I’ll likely watch again soon.

Finally caved and bought a couple months of Apple TV. Binged the first season of Ted Lasso over the past couple days. I agree with our man, @amlove21, that it's pretty much a knock off of Major League, but it's still friggin brilliant. Love the overall positive viewpoint of the show.

Seemed like Bob Barker was kicking Adam Sandlers ass just 10 years ago.

Burt Young had some great roles. I first watched The Pope of Greenwich Village a couple years ago, had no idea he was a star outside Rocky and a few small parts.

I spoke too soon.

Season 1 of Ted Lasso was brilliant.

Season 2 was pretty bad with only 4 watchable episodes. It lost most of the charm of Season 1.

I'm 7 episodes into Season 3 and it's shit. Lost all the charm. I'll finish the season but no more. It's just fucking stupid. The writing/storyline is complete shit.

Fool Me Once on Netflix. We're halfway through, 4 of 8 episodes.

The show is very well done so far and keeping our interest. We binged 4 episodes on a work night. Casting's great, story is great, editing is great. We'll see how it ends this week.

Michelle Keegan might be leave my wife hot, especially with her polished but still trashy Manchester accent.

I’ve never been a big Jay Leno fan, (I believe he poached Stuttering Jon from Howard and f’d over both Dave Letterman and Conan) but as an amateur car guy I enjoy listening to him talk shop; I ESPECIALLY enjoyed listening to him shit all over OCC (Orange county Chopper), I thought I was the only one who was incredibly underwhelmed by their bikes.

We finished Fool Me Once last night. It had some nice twists at the end, really well done. One of them, and my wife is pretty perceptive about such things, we missed until right before the twist's reveal. Again, great casting, editing, story, etc.

My one gripe is a subplot. I won't ruin it here, but the subplot does almost nothing to advance the story and you are so caught up in the ending that we forgot about the subplot. BECAUSE IT WASN'T USED! Every other aspect of the story and characters had a purpose except this one subplot.

Military nit pickers will find fault with one or two aspects, but that's par for the course. To be fair, less than 5 minutes on Google would fix the error but they didn't consult me on the script.

It loses a half-star because of the subplot nonsense. 3.5 out of 5 nanny cams.

Also, I'd let a naked Michelle Keegan pour Tabasco on my man parts.

I didn't realize it until recently, but OCC is (was) in the next town north of me. I live in Orange County, but I never watched the show and assumed OCC was filmed in like Orange County, FL or Orange County, CA, not Orange County, NY.

At any rate, I stumbled across their compound when I was looking for the weigh yard to weigh my retirement DITY move load. It was deserted. I guess they went out of business a while back?

They filed for bankruptcy, decamped from NY, and brought their crap to Clearwater, FL. Museum, restaurant, store, etc.

Watched the first episode of True Detective: Night Country. This season has Jodi Foster as one of the leads. First episode has my attention. Let's see where they go with this.
Looking forward to your review on this. Hoping with Jodi Foster the writing has been amped up a bit.

Finished Reacher season 2. Even though the writing was not as strong as season 1, overall I enjoyed it as I read all the books and like seeing them come alive on screen. I’ve read online a few places that season 3 will be based on “Worth Dying For”. I’m hoping that is true as it is one of my favorite Reacher books.
