I do. Are you talking about James Spader? I actually really like his character. I think he plays it very well. The part that is over the top is the physical confrontations he's involved in. I would prefer if they left him as just a mastermind of sorts. I think they did a little too much by trying to make him a competent killer as well.

I'm just not a fan of him I guess. I don't like him or Laura Linney in anything. I didn't even like him as a robot in whatever avengers movie he was in.
 
Watched an old Barney Miller tonight. Liz threatened to divorce Barney because the job seemed to mean more to him then her.

What a brilliant show that was.
 
Partway through Season 2 of Blacklist, and I'm getting very annoyed by Megan Boone's (Keen) bullshit. I swear, the ridiculous overwriting for female leads makes me stop watching more TV shows than anything else. I quit Dexter because of how obnoxious and cunty his sister was, stopped watching Scandal because of Kerry Washington, etc.

I thought she improved a bit in season 2. Her chin weeping emo garbage in S1 was a huge distraction. Just when I think she'll harden up her eyes water like Galveston in 1900. Her character could be so much better.
 
I enjoyed this previous season of The Last Ship. The first season was the best, but its an entertaining show to me.
Just finished Stranger Things, real good.

The Walking Dead starts again soon, its just becoming a show that I watch for the sake of watching something. I think whoever gets killed the first episode of this coming season will play a factor in how good or bad the season will be.

That aspect did improve. However, now instead of crying all the time she just constantly yells at everyone and makes emotional knee-jerk reactions to every event, no matter how minor.
 
Keep watching it bro, it all ties in this season.
My biggest complaint with her:
She is a brilliant Agent but can't solve the mystery that is right there.

I like how Red is always 1, 2, or even 3 steps ahead of everyone.....:-"O_o

I've been hired to work on Billions Season 2, filming now in and around NYC. I've seen the first 4 episodes and have read 7 - it's a really good show. 8-) :thumbsup:

Alright, I didn't tear through all of the last 29 pages, but Penny Dreadful? Pretty fucking great.

My wife was watching it, gave me an update in order to get me caught up enough to watch it with her, and I am pretty much hooked now. Great story telling, plenty of sex and gore, and the writing is top notch.
