My Random TV Thread

I don't know if they're doing any more seasons, but I always watch Bar Rescue on Sundays. I also like Kitchen Nightmares on Netflix.

Frankenfood. I have no idea how people thought up some of these combos.

Has anyone else caught Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge on CMT?

I watched the pilot episode of Satisfaction. A show about an husband and wife. Husband walks in on wife getting plowed by a younger dude and husband finds out wife is paying for the johnson. Husband then decides to do same and apparently, that how they "spice up" the marriage. Don't judge me. It was ok for a pilot show!

The husband gets plowed by a younger dude? :-o

I've been watching The Strain on FX. Pretty good if you're into the horror type shows. I still have to catch up on Hell On Wheels season 3. Sons of Anarchy should be good in its final season too.

I found" Restaurant Start-Up" last night on CNBC. I found it entertaining. One of my dreams is to own a restaurant on Rush Street in Chicago so that could be why I enjoyed it.

There's this awesome new thing on tv that I'm sure you all would really enjoy.

it's called the off button, gtfoutside

:ROFLMAO:

I've lived more of my life without one than with. I'm always happier without, though I have gotten addicted to a couple shows. I do always miss the news though, so this time around we've got rabbit ears which get us our favorite local news channel.

Trying to keep the bandwidth down so we don't watch online either. Movies and shows are either bought or from the library.

Get this into ya!!!

Irish gangsters on Irish streets.. Apparently a US version is on the cards

I'm starting to get into Boardwalk Empire, thanks to my roomies. I still have a bit of catching up to do. I have always liked Steve Buscemi. Other than that, I'm waiting with bated breath for Justified to make its (final) season debut.

I started Boardwalk Empire a couple of weeks ago and am in the middle of Season 3. Great show. Gretchen Mol's character, besides being naked much of the time, is so damned crazy she's entertaining. Just when I start to wonder why she's around, the writers don't disappoint. The series needs more Omar/ Chalky White though.

I have been watching this show from the beginning. You will be seeing a lot of twists and turns. Quality of the show is still great, but I think this is the last season, or so I heard.

You are quite correct in that. Seems that there are several shows that are throwing it in after this year/season. I guess they figure it's best to go out on top and not fifteen years down the road when they're grasping at straws for plot lines.
