Just started Chicago Med and I'm already hooked, hoping that it continues to draw me in after the first episode.
 
Any of the new shows any good? I watched the first two episodes of Star Trek Discovery. Meh.
When is Westworld coming back?
 
Just finished ep 3 of Star Trek Discovery.. I don't know if it's worth it. 3rd episode was definitely better though.

Also first episode of The Gifted. I don't know where the show is going, but so far it's been limited to the expectation from promos.
 
I'm a Survivor fan.

This season there's the heroes vs healers vs hustlers. On the heroes team is a former Marine and a NFL player. The NFL guy seems to be a little nuts and has me thinking that it doesn't help the NFL image. There's a former Marine and he seems like he'll be a strong player. But I was severely disappointed during the swimming challenge that the firefighter was the guy who did all the swimming and untying of knots underwater, while the former marine did nothing really. The heroes were last out of the water... Maybe I'm mistaken in expecting all Marines would be decent swimmers and rise to the challenge!

Of course, I've learnt there is a very broad range of Marine types, like the Marine in my online running group who was once a D&B drummer. I guess I shouldn't be so judgey too soon.
