Re: Vance Boelter and the killings in Minnesota.
Here are a few more details related to timing and questions that may not be making it nationally:
1. Hoffman and his wife lived in the city of Champlin. The city of Brooklyn Park borders it -- that's where Hortman lived; a few miles away.
2. Champlin police got a call at 2am that Hoffman had been shot. Brooklyn Park police also arrived to assist Champlin police.
3. At 3:35am, a Brooklyn Park police sergeant reportedly asked for a proactive check on Hortman's home. What made him do this? Why would he do that? This is unclear.
4. Brooklyn Park police arrive at Hortman's home to find the suspect, Boelter, exiting the home where he exchanges gunfire with the officers before retreating back into the home. What is he doing there over an hour and half after the first shooting when the distance is only a few miles?
5. It's at this point police recover Boelter's vehicle with his manifesto and other incriminating evidence conveniently inside. it was at this point, police learned of a potential motive. So, again, back to #3, how did they know to check Hortman's?
These details have yet to be provided.
Also, his wife was stopped with $50K I'm cash, passports, etc. Where are their 5 kids? How old are they? Are the aiding him?
