We can build this perspective of how dumbass had been behaving prior to the day in question, but all of that doesn't matter.

That was the past that they didn't arrest/charge for (should have with the spitting but we'll gloss over that) and this was a new independent incident. Was he emboldened by what he got away with previously? No doubt about it. Everyone who gets away with something ends up being willing to step back to that line if not push it further. The only problem is this dumbass was assaulting federal officers and getting away with it while being armed like that was going to do anything other than ensure force escalation if it was observed.

I am confused as to why you appreciate it because it's a false equivalency if not a lie.

Although I am a second amendment absolutist and a first amendment absolutist. Even I understand that there are restrictions on these. You have written posts about violations of the 4th, but I haven't really seen any violations of the 4th Amendment when it comes to these targeted raids.

What we have seen in response to them is an insurgency and not only is that illegal, that is war. And I'm not taking this lightly when I write it. Your fellow citizen in Minnesota is organizing in such a way to create mayhem and will likely stop people on the street and deprive them of their rights. Remember, the bill of rights are limits on government. But no one can deprive you of these things, and if your neighbor is doing these things (which they are, we've seen the videos and the leaks) then they need to go to prison else there will be a response. What that response is idk, but what is occurring in Minneapolis isn't a neighborhood watch. This is occurring due to failures in leadership from your governor, the Hennepin County Commissioners, the Sheriff, The Mayor, and the Chief of Police.

The right to keep and bear arms stops when I commit a crime, if I rose up in insurrection against my country I better win otherwise I'm probably going to prison. Just like folks who choose not to follow orders, you better be right or you go to prison.
