National Protest and 'disband the cops' discussion (please review page 1)

I've read that this guy was a Trump supporter though he was some Tim Walz appointee. Something in the motive about being pro-life.

Anybody have any links to this guy's background?

Not on the Trump thing, but on his business/professional background.

Wired did digging on the suspect's background.

Touches briefly on the alleged manifesto targets:

Guy (allegedly) ran a ministry which conducted missions to Gaza during the 2nd Intifada to turn Islamists, did logistics for food companies, and was a director of a security company.

As to the board; best I've found is it's an Unpaid/volunteer thing. Now thats Reddit so grain of salt and all that. Local news mentions it as nonpartisan, which seems to match what the reddit peeps are talking about.

Documents obtained by 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS show Boelter, whose current address is listed in Green Isle, Minnesota, was twice appointed to the nonpartisan Governor’s Workforce Development Council in 2016 under former Gov. Mark Dayton and again in 2019 under Gov. Tim Walz. His most recent term expired in January 2023.

There are videos of someone whom resembles him giving some Evangelical sermons in (allegedly) the Democratic Republic of the Congo, but last I saw nobody had confirmed it was him.
