We know the WNBA wasn't involved though because people in the scandal made money and no one would show up to watch WNBA players play poker.

However, quite a few are familiar with playing liquor and I'll show myself out.

The thing that always digs the most is how full of shit everyone is when stories like this break. The NBA, the NFL, and all the other prosportsball motherfuckers CULTIVATE a relationship with the "Gambling" industry.

The "leagues" don't seem to make much effort to curb having their athletes profit from advertising on-line gambling sites. The leagues draw ad money from organized gambling. The league publishes and distributes "injury reports" because they KNOW that the book makers use it to set gambling odds.

Then everyone acts surprised when they find out this weeks prosportsball player trending on social media happens to be a degenerate gambler.

I couldn't give two shits about the NBA. The league could disappear, and I probably wouldn't notice.

That said, one of the most accurate descriptions I've heard of this scandal is that it makes Pete Rose look like he was going 68 in a 65.

I'm a big Pete Rose fan so I couldn't agree with that comparison more. I gave up on the pro sports Halls Of Fame long ago because of Pete's ban, and its hilarious that Chauncey Billups just got inducted and then got caught up in what makes Pete look like he was playing rock, scissors, paper.
