I don't mind the politics and the back and forth, but I figured the forum has enough subs for military specific threads already.

But right now the military is equally depressing. Navy special warfare culture is off the leash, 2nd Marine division has a commanding general telling Marines how to leave their blinds open in the barracks, and we have warriors dying left and right in car accidents and parachute accidents.

But I see what you're saying, if you want another thread, start one. I would participate.

We have a Trump thread....a Trump Twitter thread....a "what's wrong with...for both parties" thread....A Russian Election Thread....

So for now we are going to 'pause' any additional political threads until at least we get closer to 2020.
