Who knew there would be need for such a thread, but there is. His Tweets will far outlast the "100 Day" thread and it may be interesting at some point in the future to come back and review the pages within.

Just tonight I checked my Twitter feed, his last 3 Tweets all gave me a double take.

Agree or disagree...I just don't think the President of the United States should be putting this shit on Twitter.

I just registered on twitter so I could get these tweets (and also hockey ones). Should be entertaining.

That second one should make last year's #JadeHelm folks sit up and take notice

Not from Chicago, nor do I know the area. But it seems to me, that either the justice and law enforcement system is failing up there, or the powers that be do not want to do anything about it.

Either way, some federal prosecuting against federal gun crimes, with some stiff prison sentences, may be a good way to start.

The Jade Helm groups were a bit of retarded group. But the primary issue was 1)federal troops (specifically SOF) doing a training exercise that nobody knew anything really about. 2) a strong distrust between Texans and the Obama administration and more Washington DC.

However, I will state, I am absolutely not a fan of the federal government getting involved in state business. But as has been discussed in the past around this fourm. Chicago is yielding casualties the likes of an active war zone. When the local and state governments fail to act, federal government must step in. I think it's a good stern warning to both the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois. Either get it together and fix it, or I'll send people in to do it for you. When talking about minor state issue's there is really not a need for federal government. But when people are being shot and people are dying daily, that can only go on so long, before something is done. Personally as much as I hate to say it, the federal government should have stepped in a few years ago, on the LE/Prosecuting side anyway.

I disagree with his third tweet. I understand why he is doing it, but there will not be any positive result. The other two I am fine with. Something needs to be done about Chi-town. The wording may be a little bit different than I would like, but the message is clear and unambiguous with the exception that he doesn't narrow down who the "feds" are. That's my real issue with that tweet. I'd have said it along the lines of "if Chicago...I will increase the FBI presence and their focus on the area"

For entertainment purposes only - I am going to envision just for a moment what would happen if some 'independent investigation' proved outright that major voter fraud was happening, knowingly backed by the Dems and the media, all with the purpose of keeping Republicans out of office and getting more minorities voted in where they would not normally win.

Don't republicans have a majority in the house and senate, as well as the president? They must be really bad at being fraudulent.

I agree. He needs to stop. But he won't because he's The Donald.

I think he'll do some good things while in office if he stays in office long enough to do good things. Pulling out of the TPP was something even many Democrats and environmental groups wanted. I like and applaud his position on the 2nd Amendment. That said, his big mouth and big tweets just give his enemies more ammunition. But I don't think he gives a shit what his enemies say or think. Get ready, it's gonna be a different kind of Presidency.

IF there was any. That is a big if...
I don't think "if" is the question. I think "if" voter fraud occurred is "settled science." The question should be "how much." I think that's the big disagreement at the heart of this issue.

Everything I've read indicates that voter fraud in national elections is not nearly as widespread as some people (including me) once believed. But I guess we're about to have another investigation to find out.

Guess you are not familiar with Political Machines in Chicago, New Orleans and other "Democratic Strongholds".

Yeah there may be isolated incidences. Maybe in the hundreds of votes. But to suggest millions, as the POTUS does, is crazy.

I disagree with his third tweet. I understand why he is doing it, but there will not be any positive result.
Fox News has higher viewership than all the other news outlets combined. How could appealing to the largest mass of news consumers not be positive for a populist president?

By calling CNN fake news?

Equating a large news organization to actual fake news that floats around on the internet/Facebook sets a dangerous precedent.

Gotta agree with this one. I'm sure that "the feds" refers to the FBI, which I am on board with.

At best it has a neutral outcome. The people that watch Fox still like him and the people that watch CNN still hate him. Also the allegation of "fake news" will not go well. CNN slants their presentation of the news and they omit real news but the news that they do report is real news. Their biggest failing is the same with Fox, they present opinion as if it were news without any clear delineation. The tweet itself can only cause further division between the two points of view.

The association of Secretaries of State is already pushing back against this.

The second half of the quoted post is a negative critique of exactly what you did in the first half.

A recurring theme of Trump critics seems to be flawed logic.
