STO/TACP Officer Selection/Career

I was wondering if anyone could explain how selection for these career fields goes and what a typical week in the life might look like at home and during a deployment as an officer commissioned out of AFROTC. Thanks!

I am interested in this insight as well. Would be nice to know what the life is like. Ones Ready has a couple of videos regarding such, but it would be better to have a conversation with a man to get a better feel. Are there ways to interview such people? How does a civilian get in contact with a current or former STO/CRO?
