TACP

I am currently a active duty marine and I’m trying to transition to the AF and be a Tacp. I understand I have to do my full enlistment before I can be eligible. While me being active duty, would I have to EAS before a recruiter can even start any paper work on me. Any information from anyone who has been in the same shoes or knows someone that has would be appreciated. Not just on the process of joining as prior but life of prior going through the pipeline. Thanks for the help.

Welcome Marine. Honor the Corps and capitalize Marine when you spell it out.

Respect the Air Force and capitalize TACP when you type it out.

Use the search function, talk to a recruiter; then come back and post what you learned....and what your follow up questions are.

Search the board. Talk to an AF Special Ops rectuiter in your area that can be found with 10 seconds of work on a computer.
