Can I be "anti-everybody" and pro "whoever is doing the least damage to my individual liberties" at the same time?

Pretending that the shenanigans surrounding Epstein are the first time that the American people (or the global community writ large) ever had to admit or acknowledge that "The Government ©" exists and survives on corruption, cronyism, nepotism, and the dark application of power through threats is funny to me.
What's even funnier is that NOW after decades of people like me saying shit like this only to be challenged to "site my source" always make me smile.
It reminds me of the scene in "The Godfather"

...yet, it makes sense for intelligent people to blame 30 years of waiting for this to be uncovered, on Donald Trump
