Kamala and her staff put dude in job. Obviously a political appointee, but concealed to appear as if it wasn't. When it was discovered, (allegedly) Kamala herself and her staff helped the guy forge documents to try and qualify for Musk's government buyout- not only did he not qualify, it was past the deadline and they pushed it through anyway.

ETA- the above reader's digest read of the current facts will qualify as the "fuck around" portion of this story. It looks as if the "find out" portion is in motion.

Just saying he would either have an F1 or a Green Card, not both. Just because the F1 length might be "valid". It actually is erroneous once you have permanent residency. So it's an either or. (I employ foreigners)
