I heard a theory today that Israel plans to attack Iran again which will cause oil production in the ME to reduce so yee needed another source of oil closer to home.

I'd be okay with that so long as it's a free Venezuela who abolishes both socialism & communism, rids itself of state sponsored narco's and state sponsored terrorism, etc. Better to go to a nation friendlier than to a nation hostile to even it's own citizens. Plus a wealthier nation in the Americas benefits us all.
