Congress (both) openly admitting they knew about Swalwell and just sort of held that info until a time of their choosing is exactly the issue everyone has with Congress.

The Dems let Swalwell "fight Trump" because they had leverage. And the second Swalwell wasn't useful to the Dems and juuuuuust a big enough threat to the Republicans, poof. The allegations appear.
