Twenty years after the death of Princess Diana

Back in 87/88, I rode a Kwaker through that section of the Peripherique roadway in Paris where the crash occurred many times. At 170km/h (106 mph), I had some stimulating moments, especially trying to avoid diesel trucks' snail trails.
When her crash happened, watching the news, I could almost hear what that must have sounded like in that tunnel. It's a bad place.

She was vilified by the press before her death and canonised after. It's odd.
