Does anyone ever ask you about it? The only reason I know what it is is because that's what the cadets here "fight" from time to time during training.

Not really no. Its a very unique inside joke that requires a frame of reference like you have. Everybody knows about Iraqi's and Afghans...not many people know of the feared South Atropian People's Army. Similar to their allies in Pineland....
