Gentleman,
This question is for anyone with experience with SOAR and the SMU. Not looking to get into specifics, however, I’m curious about the demographics of those selected to the SMU.
Specifically, would it be more beneficial to take orders to SOAR (Pilot) and continue to develop or just go apply straight to the SMU now. I’m 33 and don’t want to miss my shot- granted I know little about the organization. In short, is it worth applying now (younger) and getting turned down or spending some more time developing and apply later? Can you assess multiple times?
Thanks.
