When I lived in YPG over 20 years ago - post housing was managed by a contractor.
They don’t have to find a “solution” just hire a contractor to blame for it.
NOTHING is too good for the troops - and that is exactly what they are going to get!!

I believe they did this on Ft Meade. When I checked them out in 2017 they were a solid option. You obviously need a company that is capable of doing it at that scale. Need a company like Bozzuto to make it successful.
