Already have been training as a powerlifter for a while (as in I compete) so pairing my coach's programming with the MTI UBRR prep program, which I've seen work alright for me. Main point is to get my running back into competitive levels for Selection when it rolls around.

Walking around weight fluctuates between 165-172
1RM SQ/BP/DL = 365/240/375 (don't stop lifting for two straight months, kids, it SUCKS).

Need to reassess UBRR in the next week (have an APFT in 3 weeks anyway), but last UBRR (01 OCT) had me
