Game of Thrones thread -

Whacking Tormund and Beric like that, it is GoT but I don't see it happening. I totally see Dany and Jon/ Aegon staying together. They still don't know about the bloodline, I think she's now pregnant thanks to that 6-8 inches of Snow, and keeping it in the family is a Targaryen thing. Jamie...didn't see that coming but it brings his journey with Brienne to a logical conclusion. Another reason I think Dany's pregnant is foreshadowing dialogue like we saw between Brienne and Jamie about loyalty. I didn't see the LF trial coming, but once it started I knew how that would end. I wish Sansa had lowered the blade in true Stark "sentence to death, swing the sword" style. The only thing missing from that scene was Lyanna Mormont dropping a line, but watching the Vale turn their backs on him will do.

Cersei...Leana Headey is a beast and one of the most under appreciated actresses out there. Her utter contempt, the way she spit out her her lines, everything about her just spewed pure evil. Not ooze, that shit was a fire hydrant of hate. Amazing scenes with her in this episode.

That dragon...holy shit. The Night King riding the dragon? THAT is something I want to hear about because how does a non-Targaryen ride the dragon? Somethgn changes when the thing dies or something? This also sets us up for some defensive counter air engagements, dragon v. dragon. The dragon "pilot" HAS to be Jon once he's outed as half-Targ. Jon v. Night King on dragons? What doesn't want to see that battle? No one, that's who. Everyone wants to see that fight.

Sam's served his purpose. Can we ditch that turd and his half-wit fuck buddy? I want to go full Shoot 'Em Up with a carrot whenever she's on screen.

Jon becoming king allows Sansa to be Lady of Winterfell for keeps, Tyrion remains the Hand, and Davos gives two fucks because he'd rather do anything but be the Hand.

Jamie, if that wasn't a setup for his final story arc ending with him killing Cersei, I don't know what to say.

The Red Woman isn't done, but how and when?

Euron and the Golden Company, that's a massive wildcard. Wights to the north, Cersei and a reinvigorated army to the south, one dragon down, how does this play out for Team Targ?

Sophie Turner and Lena Headey make my loins hurt.

LOVE the symbolism and shear badass look of the King's Guard. They started off the series in white but are now dressed in black? That's just sick.

Push the show to 2019 because it allows Westworld to run in 2018. I'd also bet HBO doesn't have any successors in the works, so it needs to stretch out the gravy train while it comes up with a Plan B.

Need to read some of the histories like Charlie on Emergency Awesome. But as I understand it you have execute a dragon-bond. The Sniffing of John was akin to Drogon starting the process with John.

Basically there was one dude who brought a goat to a dragon everyday and that's how they bonded and he became a rider.

That was the first Night King, probably not this one. I'm guessing they somehow have children or some such in addition to turning Craster's sons into other White Walkers.

Aren't they meant to be thousands of years old though? I missed a few seasons in between so I'm not 100% on many things.
