I was raised by the greatest man who ever lived...and who also retired as a MGySgt after 23 years and 3 tours in Vietnam. I always knew I'd become a Marine, but went the Corpsman route after learning one had saved Dad during his 2nd tour; allowing me to grow up with a father....and a DAD. My Marines were closer than blood brothers, and I am still humbled and honored to have been accepted by them as one of their own...even after 20+ years. There is more I would like to share, but I won't until I can back it up with documentation. There are too many posers and fakes, and I will not be shamed by being lumped in with them.
