I am planning on joining the Navy for EOD later this month, i took the ASVAB scored enough to to join but not for the job I wanted. Which is what brought me to this site I need help preparing for the Navy EOD pipeline any help would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your feedback not positive what about my post would make make you question my suitability for the job being that it was my intro I do appreciate your honesty. However if you have any advice about the pipeline that would also be helpful, from the research i've already done i'm confident that I have what it takes especially academically I just don't like to do anything half-hearted or half-ass. Thanks again though
LOL I appreciate the thread you posted. My generation is very fortunate that is why I like to use every source available to me. What I mean by not ready is I can do 80 sit ups in 2:00 mins. 1.5 mile in about 12 mins but my push ups are only about 30 in 2:00 mins. I've been working on it constantly wondering if anybody had any extra advice
The point is that your posts lack proper grammar. If you can't even use punctuation and capitalization, what makes you think you can perform in the EOD world? You say you have confidence in your academic ability, but you wouldn't even pass an 8th grade English course with what I've seen so far. Perhaps your statement about not liking to do anything half-assed should be revised.....
So your advice is to work on my grammar. Well I guess if that's all you can give me right now i'll take it. I do have confidence in my academic ability and i'm sure I don't need to revise anything but my grammar like you said. I'm use to people denying my abilities and I over come every single time, I do and get what I want regardless of what anyone thinks or assumes that is why I think I can perform in the EOD world. However if you are navy EOD i guess you would know more than me huh? As far as my grammar i'll happily work on anything that needs improvement. So thanks again for your input!!!

We all miss things from time to time, you are not alone. Being spot on is important in many things, EOD in particular. Welcome to SS, Carter_50. There is much that can be learned here.
