I am Helios and currently work for the Department of Justice. I am set to graduate with a Bachelors degree in Homeland Security in Dec. of this year. I've been listening and learning from this forum for just over a year now and have been considering joining one of the services as an officer for some time. I currently have a civilian side job that I enjoy, but does not provide a form of leadership or challenge that the military would. This has led me to begin training to enter the Army as an Infantry Officer because being a Platoon Leader of young men would be an honor and a life changing experience. I am looking forward to any information this mentor group can provide and will attempt to assist others in any way within my scope. Thank you and have a good day.

Hello, I am at the point where I feel that I have prepared myself enough physically and mentally to join the Army within the next few months. I want to enlist with an 89D (EOD) contract. My focus right now is to enlist with the right contract, complete BCT, AIT, and then NAVSCOLEOD. If after all of that the opportunity to put in a packet to attend selection for the 28th Ordnance Company presents itself I would jump on it.

Hello all, I am a 15Q ATC operator (ret.) I'm sure there's some interesting things I could put here, but this is all I'm sharing at the moment.

I have been out for 10yrs, I do know things change, but the grand scheme doesn't.
As far as your 25m target goes, this is your 10meter target. Glad everyone here has interest in the USArmy. And thank you to those of you who served.

Greetings and salutations Gentlemen,
I am a former 91B20 Medical specialist. I served in the Biological Weapons Defense Program at Ft Detrick MD. My job was as a Team Member/NCO on a team. That worked in environmentally denied areas doing CSAR.
Life is very different for me now. I am 100% service disabled and, looking to help my healing process. By sharing any knowledge on topics that are in my wheelhouse.
Hoping to be an asset to all. Who may be considering entering the profession. Or have already answered the call.
