My Random TV Thread

Netflix, The Spy, a true story with Sasha Baron Cohen as Eli Cohen, a Mossad spy who spent several years in Syria and actually rose up to a prominent position in their defense department.

I have never seen him in a dramatic role like this and he is quite good. Only six episodes, I really liked this show.

Barry on HBO Max. Series Finale came out last weekend. Had some crazy twists and kept things unpredictable all the way to the end.

Damn good show.
One of the best ever on TV. We all owe David Chase (creator of The Sopranos) a debt of gratitude for showing America what TV had the potential to be.

Hard to believe the Barry is this guy. The bit being that Hader is seeing the lines for the first time on the cue cards.

Luv me some Michael Pena, didn't even realize season 4 was out!

Only the first two episodes. Amazon thinks it is fun to wait between episodes.

Personally, streaming is great because I can binge when stuff drops. It's not like Amazon has a cable channel like HBO, Paramount, FX, etc...so not dropping them all at once annoys the crap out me.
