My Random TV Thread

Man in the High Castle is great this season. It sucked me in and before I knew it, I binged the whole season. I think they did a better job of setting it up for future season's. I just wish they did more than 10 episodes, there's so much more they could put into scenes; a couple moments seemed rushed.
It's getting a little weirder right now. When it comes to source material, Dick only wrote one book so we're really on choose your own adventure right now, he did try to write a sequel but it really never took with him apparently.

I don't think they expected it to last past the first season, to be honest.

New Supernatural season 14 e01 on CW tonight, 7pm central. The CW App should roll it out tomorrow.

Wife and daughter love this show, practically white-noise in my house. And I don't mind...I love classic rock.

Just finished Man in the High Castle...it got creepy a few places for no reason but I guess you have to throw in there that the Nazis killed gays etc. Major Cliffhangers...no idea how they've made three seasons out of 241 pages.

I know it was mentioned before, but Billions on Showtime. The main characters? You can love and hate them several times in one episode. The writing's good and the casting is excellent. Paul Giamatti is ridiculous and Maggie Siff (readacted - 5th Amendment) . So, yeah, she's rather awesome.
I'm glad you like the show, I've been working on it since season 2. Filming Season 4 right now.

Ray Donovan begins next Sunday! 😎I've loved that show since it began and was thrilled to work on Season 6 - it's a good one.

I still haven't watched Season 3 yet. :(. I need to just swallow the cost and get Showtime for a month.

I tried Ray Donovan, I really wanted to like it, but it was...stale. The family stuff, the idiot brother. Ray's this master fixer who allows his family to turn him into a dolt? A shame, the cast is amazing and the concept is great, but the execution falls short.

You should give it another chance. It's like an onion, lots of layers.
