Seems like the right place for this...love how Obama's criminal reform is leading to crime.
Honestly I’m not mad at them. (Luluemon). We DRIVE into the heads of our employees; don’t follow them out the door, don’t restrain them, don’t do ANYTHING to initiate confrontation. Higher shrink is being built into pricing and the insurance hit if an employee gets injured will be disastrous. So apparently Lululemon fires you if you try to protect your store.
Lululemon is slammed for FIRING staff who confronted masked thieves
I understand the policy, but, yeah...fuck that. Appeasement is not the answer and the idea that insurance will just cover is it wrong as well. It impacts pricing for all consumers.Honestly I’m not mad at them. (Luluemon). I posted about policies like this in the leadership thread. I often express my opinion on policies I disagree with at work, but in the end, its not my company and its my job to adhere to and to enforce THEIR policies. Its my choice to continue to work there or not. If it comes down to risk of life or limb, then THEIR policies can fuck off.Honestly I’m not mad at them. (Luluemon). Not to mention, in some jurisdictions the company also could face successful legal action against them by the thieves if the employees harmed (much less killed) either of them during their escape attempt, depending on the circumstances.Honestly I’m not mad at them. They're creating a level of dependency from which you cannot return.LOL - this is what we are doing now? The city of Minneapolis LITERALLY uses the phrase “prepare for being robbed” when referring to its city. F me running, it gets better every time.

This morning I was listening to my regular radio show, and one of the hosts was talking about his trip to Seattle the other night.
Click the link below, it should play on your phone. He starts talking about his trip at about 6 minutes 35 seconds into the podcast.
We are planning an Alaskan Cruise that ports out of Seattle and are reconsidering how much time we want to spend in downtown Seattle. The fishmarket, and even the original Starbucks are no longer what you would think they would be.
Seattle is lost.
