I think this fits here. One of the things that has definitely turned me off from watching round ball has been the casual nature for which their coaches, not even the players in the NBA, will use their platform for "social justice". Like sorry, stop standing up for the worst of us. And yes, get back to coaching basketball instead of spewing nonsense from some random tweet. Based on what we know about Renee Good is that she is Renee Bad.

They don't even listen to the news, they're programmed by themselves or another to only hear certain keywords by their own confirmation biases. It ain't about justice or wanting the truth, it's about a false narrative to narrate the agendas with.

You definitely get Internet points for that one!
We have members on this board who agree with or at least share some similar views to our former cotton-tailed friend. Those members generally present their beliefs in a way that is intended to encourage conversation and debate, and they do so without insulting the intelligence of the reader.
The now banned hare on the other hand, often chose to present his views with racial and homophobic overtones, and he resisted every attempt to rein him in or engage with other members of this forum in a professional manner.
His rants and antics were directly responsible for at least 2 members leaving the forum for good, and off the top of my head I can think of several others who were close to doing the same.
My only regret in how we handled his situation his that I didn’t ban him sooner.

A lot of people forgot, or didn't pay attention to, how the NBA treated players who criticized China. You can have any opinion you want in the NBA unless it offends the Chinese.

There was an ICE and Trump protest in town recently. Everyone that was came there to be a douche seditionist, were all bussed in complete with videos and videos asking where they lived that were all ignored.
This is a very red county in a very red town. Just another reason to not believe the lefty narrative. If you have to bus folk in from out of town and out of the state and or county, then you don't have a good cause unless your cause is to be deceitful and lie and using propaganda.
Also, my training buddy wanted me to go with him to counter. He's black, and he loves seeing them mad at him for not believing their BS. I declined, I avoid confrontations like that.

Remember in 2020 where we were in essentially a post-racist society and police shooting black peoples reflected facts and scope and then suddenly nationwide everyone had a video of someone getting shot and then George Floyd happened and somehow- literally overnight- protests popped up and they all had printed signs and the left wing media apparatus put out a script and everyone followed along and we forgot about everything else for the summer of love? In Minnesota?
Does anyone see any parallels to this right now? Could you possibly be convinced that we are being distracted from *the largest fraud committed in America, ever* with this Kansas City Shuffle and the rash of indoctrinated overnight activists being compromised and deployed nationwide to force ICE agents to shoot them? After receiving training from organizations with web pages and instructional materials?

We were post racist until 2008, that's when Obama decided to start it back up. It never went away ever since then.
